The staff were exceptional! On arrival Veysel kindly explained all the surrounding spots to visit on a map which he provided. He also explained the public transport system and gave us good tips for travelling around Istanbul via tramline etc. He also offered various tour guides and package deals that he could arrange through the hotel services. My husband and I had already researched and arranged our own it itinerary and kindly declined.I didnt feel overwhelmed by the options the hotel provided and the staff were very kind and not overbearing/ pushy. Also gave us a cheaper and easier tip for travelling to taksim square on public transport via the tramline and then underground ( didnt come up as an option on google maps) . They were always attentive and provided an iron board and iron whenever requested and we were also given a quiet room which I requested prior to arrival. Also provided information on local prayer times and Jummah salah at the blue mosque . Staff were always very welcoming when arriving or leaving the hotel. Would definitely recommend to others !

The hotel was a very good value for money. Rooms are comfortable. Location very central. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and service oriented. Murat was great help in advising us on restaurants and tours and arranging everything from our Bosphorus tour to our transportation to the airport. Even though the entire staff was fantastic, I need to single out one more gentleman besides Murat. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name but my friend was asking for a very specific type of Turkish ice cream and where can we get it and he surprised us all and had these ice creams sent to our rooms. On the house. We are all very very happy with our stay. We will come back and recommend to our friends.

Ismail at reception is true legend Alattan, always there to help if needed. Doaan, Murat, I mean the whole team is just simply fantastic, you go these big posh restaurants and there is hardly any customer but these guys from room service to reception to the porters ! Honestly they will make you feel home. Ismail thank you for the help and guidance, it’s people like you and your whole team who makes a difference to one’s stay. Pass my regards to everyone please. You won’t regret staying here and I am definitely coming again in sha Allah.

The wifi worked perfectly. Breakfast had a fair variety of food but more hot selections could have been offered. The staff is easily capable of arranging tours and providing directions to areas of interest. The location of the hotel is an easy walk to transport and the Grand Bazaar - less than 10 minutes. Overall, I had a very positive experience during my stay.
